Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver only to destinations made available at checkout. Availability can vary by product, destination and applicable restrictions. If a destination is not offered at checkout, we cannot accept an order for that address.

2. Processing times

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment and any required compliance checks. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next working day. High order volumes, stock checks, address verification or compliance review may extend processing time.

3. Delivery services, charges and estimates

Available delivery services, the total delivery charge and an estimated delivery window are displayed at checkout before payment. UK orders are normally sent using a tracked service and generally arrive within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, although remote locations may take longer.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

4. Dispatch and tracking

When tracking is available, dispatch confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking events are supplied by the courier and may take time to update.

5. Accurate delivery information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.

6. Delays, loss and damage

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number. We may open an investigation with the courier and request photographs of the parcel, product, packaging and shipping label. Any courier investigation will not reduce rights or remedies that apply under law.

7. Failed delivery and returned parcels

If delivery fails because of an incomplete address, refusal, failure to collect or another circumstance within the recipient's control, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you about redelivery or refund options and may deduct reasonable, direct costs where the law permits.

8. International orders

Where international delivery is offered, the purchaser is responsible for confirming that import, possession and use are lawful at the destination. Import duties, taxes, permits and customs charges are the purchaser's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs action can delay, refuse or return a shipment.

9. Product integrity

Any insulated or temperature-conscious packaging is intended to support product integrity in transit. Delivery packaging does not change the research-only status of the products. Follow the storage information supplied for the relevant product or batch promptly after delivery.
