These terms apply to use of the Revitalise Peptides website and to purchases from Revitalise Research Ltd. Please read them before ordering.

1. About us

The website is operated by Revitalise Research Ltd, trading as Revitalise Peptides, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17260326.

2. Research use only

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are supplied only for lawful laboratory, analytical and in-vitro research. They are not supplied as medicines, foods, food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices or veterinary products and are not for human or animal consumption, self-administration, injection, ingestion, topical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or clinical application.

Website material is general research information and is not medical, scientific, regulatory or legal advice.

3. Purchaser eligibility and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, store, handle and use the products in your jurisdiction and for the stated lawful purpose.

You are responsible for suitable facilities, trained personnel, risk assessment, storage, handling, record keeping and disposal. You must not relabel, market, resell or distribute products in a way that suggests an approved human, veterinary, therapeutic or diagnostic use.

4. Product information and documentation

We take reasonable care to present accurate descriptions, strengths, images, prices and availability. Images are illustrative and packaging may change. Purity, batch and analytical statements apply only to the product or batch identified in the relevant documentation. Contact us before ordering if a particular certificate or specification is essential.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock, payment, pricing, address, export, compliance, safety or suspected misuse concerns. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, it will be refunded.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before the order is submitted. Optional extras are charged only when actively selected. You must provide complete and accurate billing and delivery information.

7. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Risk passes on delivery to you or a person identified by you. Ownership passes when full payment has been received.

8. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Consumer cancellations, returns, refunds and remedies are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods.

9. Storage and handling

Any temperature or storage information is provided to help preserve product integrity. It does not authorise a prohibited use. After delivery, you are responsible for appropriate storage, access control, handling and disposal.

10. Intellectual property

Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout and other content belong to Revitalise Research Ltd or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, adapted or used commercially without written permission, except where the law permits.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, we are not responsible for loss arising from unlawful use, prohibited administration, incorrect storage, unauthorised resale, failure to follow supplied documentation, or failure to check local legal and import requirements. If you purchase wholly for business purposes, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data, except where the law provides otherwise.

12. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains the storage and access technologies used on the website and how preferences can be controlled.

13. Changes

We may update the website and these terms. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
